- I want to search your shop by sizes and colours, but I can't see where should I do this... Where can I find it?
Of course detailed searching engine is available. You can search our shop by size, colour, type on neckline, sleeve etc. To pick searching criteria just go to category, e.g. "Top" or "Dress". You will see pictures of our garments and above them, you'll see detailed searching engine. You can pick there what you need. If you wish to search all styles available in your size, please choose category "See all".
If you wish to find clothes available in your size, please choose: waist size, bust size and choose all options in availability except empty stock. As a result you'll see clothes that are available in your size. - I don't understand what circles on sizing labels mean.
Circles mean three bust sizes. They show how big your boobs are in comparison to your waist. The smallest difference between bust and waist is size "o", average circle means size "oo" and the biggest circle means size "ooo", so the biggest difference between bust and waist. In garments made of elastic fabrics we have two bust sizes: "o/oo" and "oo/ooo", so there are two circles filled. For size "o/oo" the smallest and the average and for size "oo/ooo" average and the bigger one. Please go to our fitting guide to read more about our circles:) - I hate labels inside clothes. They are uncomfortable. I want to cut them, but I'm afraid I may destroy my garment. What can I do?
Don't worry, we also prefer to cut all labels from clothes and we know how hard it can be, when labels are sewn inside the seam. Because of that all labels are sewn additionaly. You can easily remove them without destroing original seams. - Unfortunately I cannot find my size... Is it possible you'll add missing sizes soon?
It depends. If fabric that was used to produce this garment is still available and if we noticed that there is a need for this garment - it is quite possible. If your size is unavailable and you wish to buy it - please contact us: urkye@urkye.pl. - I can see "LTD" in a name of some clothes. What does it mean?
LTD means Limited. Sometimes we produce several models only in small amounts or not in all sizes. LTD can be added in front of an item that we're not planning to restock or it's only seasonal. If you wish to know more, please contact us :)
