We often have a trouble with making decisions and choosing a gift. We may be worried if our gift is a good choice and if our loved one is satisfied with it. If you want to please your friend or beloved one and prefer to leave the decision about choosing a gift to the recipient, gift card is a perfect solution.

With our special vouchers you can be sure that the recipient will be 100% satisfied with the gift!

1. When purchasing a voucher, discount codes and individual discounts assigned to the registered Customer account are not taken into account. The voucher will be issued for the amount for which it was actually purchased. If you want the exact, round amount of the voucher, please place the order without registering/logging in to our shop, so that the purchase will not include the Customer's individual discount or the discount for the first order placed after registration.

2. The voucher and the invoice are sent within 24 hours since placing the order to the e-mail address given in the order.

3. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of its purchase.

4. When redeeming the voucher, the recipient may also use the individual discounts assigned to the account registered in our shop or a discount for the first order placed after registering the account in our shop. These discounts will be automatically taken into account when redeeming the voucher. The voucher also allows you to purchase products on sale.

5. In order to redeem the voucher, the total value of the products in the basket must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. The difference in value can be paid with any form of payment visible in the basket. If you would like to partially redeem a voucher or combine several gift vouchers into one order, please contact us by e-mail at urkye@urkye.pl.

6. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
