I'm sewing bustfriendly clothes since 2012. Please let me introduce myself

Due to my body shape and my hobby, I'm a patternmaker and designer of clothes. I'm also an architect and I love my job

When I was a child my Mum taught me how to sew and during studies I learned patternmaking on my own. Standard patterns are constructed for women with average bust and as we all know, we can have small, medium, big or very big bust and it's impossible to sew one size that will fit every body shape. I'm a big busted girl and average clothes available in other stores don't fit me. At all ;) So basing on my own body as a tailor's mannequin I spent two years working on my construction for big busted women. And that's how Urkye was born.

All samples are being tested by me - I'm the first tester of all Urkye clothes so you can be sure that all styles available in our shop fits perfectly and passed my hard tests with flying colours. I can guarantee that all Urkye clothes are not only beautiful and comfortable but also fit perfectly

Why URKYE clothes are so special and what exactly does bustfriendly mean?

Do all women with the same waist size have the same bust size? Of course they don't. Why then all clothes are sewn only for one particular body type assuming that all women are the same?

If your body is different than "average", if your bust is bigger, you know how hard is to buy a perfectly fitted dress. Gaping buttons or way to loose clothes are now a history - now you have URKYE

At URKYE we're focusing on perfectly fitted clothes which are bustfriendly. We're sewing 18 sizes in total: 9 main sizes (from 34 up to 50) while each of them available in 2 bust sizes. And that's why our clothes fit so amazingly on all busty girls

Our size chart is different than you used to see in other stores. Despite main waist size, we have 2 bust sizes: o/oo dedicated for average and big boobs (up to UK G bra cup size) and oo/ooo dedicated for big and very big boobs (above G+ cup sizes). My waist measurement is 78cm and my bust measuremet is 106cm so my URKYE size is 40 oo/ooo. And what is your URKYE size?

1. All clothes are designed in Poland, Europe.

2. All clothes from URKYE are sewn in Poland. We've been cooperating with the same local sewing company since the beginning of URKYE! We'd met Mrs Halina and her sewing team before we started sewing of our first collection and since then we've been still working together. I love working with her as she's highly educated, super-skilled person, she even sometimes suggests me some adjustments during sewing to make our clothes even better. I'm delighted with her sewing quality and I hope that you appreciate it too

3. We believe in slowfashion. The best quality is the key - we use high quality fabrics that will last many washing cycles. It's obvious for us that clothes must look perfect for many seasons. We prefer timeless styles that will look amazing on you today, tomorrow, next year and after 10 years. Fashion is changing but classics combined with high quality are always in trend.

4. For production we use woven and knitted fabrics purchased from Polish manufacturers and wholesalers.

5. URKYE is a micro-company, we can't afford to sew large collections - that's why we sew short series so that not all styles are available in all sizes. Please subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to find out about new releases and sales.

6. How is it possible that a small Polish brand sewing niche products in a wide range of sizes using fabrics of excellent quality offers its products at such low prices? The answer is simple - we don't have a high margin. For this reason you will not see the promotion -50%, -70% on everything each season. However, we hope you liked our loyalty program, where you can get up to 10% discount on all products. Always. Also for already discounted products. At URKYE, we appreciate when you stay with us

7. Regarding the loyalty program, do you know what makes me happy? Most of the Customers who've bought URKYE clothes once, return to the store again. Many of you already have an entire wardrobe of URKYE clothes and a permanent 10% discount.
